Rental Policies:
Rental Fee Paid Up Front: Rental fees are paid in full at the time of booking, with a pre-authorized damage deposit required at the time of possession.
Rental Age: Renters must be at least 21 years of age to rent or operate any boats or jet skis.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 15 days or more from the reservation date are subject to a 10% cancellation fee, with all other monies refunded. Cancellations made 14 days or less from the reservation date will forfeit the entire reservation unless optional trip insurance is purchased at the time of booking.
Late Pickup: Customers must arrive at the designated pickup location at least 30 minutes before the reservation time. Unauthorized late pickups (1 hour past rental time) will result in forfeiture of the watercraft and associated charges.
Weather Policy: Young Harris Water Sports reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to dangerous weather conditions. Refunds or vouchers will be issued in such cases.
Fuel Fee(s): Customers are responsible for paying for all fuel used during the rental period. A convenience fee will be charged if the watercraft needs fuel upon return.
Pet Fee: Small pets (under 20lbs) are allowed on boats, with a non-refundable pet fee assessed per day.
Tow Equipment: The functionality of tow equipment is not guaranteed. Failure or non-use during the rental period will not result in a refund.
Late Fee: A late fee for each watercraft returned late will be charged.
Damage Waiver: Young Harris Water Sports offers a comprehensive damage waiver program starting at $45/day, providing customers with peace of mind and protection against unforeseen damages.
